Privacy Policy

Last Updated: March 11, 2026

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and handle your information when you use Providence.

Data Storage & Reflections

Providence is designed to be a private journaling tool. Your journal entries and reflections are stored locally on your device using your browser's local storage. We do not store, process, or read your entries on our own servers.

AI Integrations

To generate reflections, the text you enter into Providence is transmitted securely to our AI service providers via our secure Cloudflare Worker edge functions. This data is used solely for the purpose of generating your personal reflections in real-time and is not permanently stored or used to train public AI models by our providers.

Analytics & Cookies

We do not use tracking cookies or third-party analytics that monitor your individual behavior within the app.

Changes to this Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We encourage you to review it periodically for any changes.
